Some years back I picked up a nice Roland keyboard with weighted action, and a Kurzweil

sound bank with great piano sounds as well as piano/bass keyboard splits. With some software and a decent sound card I was able to do some recording to the computer.

Sitting down at the keyboard and playing some blues or Mozart is a great way for me to unwind. Every so often I hit on some riff that sounds alright so I'll hit the record button and see what happens.

My favorite acoustic guitarist is Tommy Emmanuel, he's an unbelievable talent, see links page for video.
